A mature breast has extensive branching of ductal systems, not unlike the branches of a tree, which carry milk to nipples. In the same way milk gives us all life at an early age, we look at the breast as a tree of life. Mapping the breast ducts will further help us identify where cancer starts, and ultimately, to prune it from the tree so that the tree can continue to thrive and give life.
Our Breast Cancer Awareness Month Partnerships
